Product Care

LOVING YOUR OGANIKKU PIECES

Every Oganikku product is made with care — using organic fabrics, hand processes, and chemical-free dyes. A little extra love goes a long way.

Most of our products are hand screen-printed or naturally dyed, so each piece is unique and delicate.

  1. Avoid bleach and direct sunlight to preserve the natural colors and texture.
  2. For garments with multiple colors, embroidery, or prints, we recommend dry cleaning to maintain their beauty.
  3. For solid-colored garments, you can gently hand wash them at home using a mild, natural detergent in cold water.
  4. Always wash dark colors separately, as natural dyes may bleed a little.
  5. When ironing, check the fabric type:
  6. Organic waffle, muslin, and cotton can handle medium to high heat.
  7. Lightweight fabrics like mul or fine weaves should be ironed on low heat, preferably inside out.
  8. You may also steam the garments, but be cautious of water droplets from the steamer.
  9. We do not recommend machine washing, as it may affect the shape, texture, and print of our handcrafted pieces.

For any specific questions about care or fabric, we’re just a message away — we’re happy to help you keep your Oganikku pieces feeling new for longer.
