Product Care
LOVING YOUR OGANIKKU PIECES
Every Oganikku product is made with care — using organic fabrics, hand processes, and chemical-free dyes. A little extra love goes a long way.
Most of our products are hand screen-printed or naturally dyed, so each piece is unique and delicate.
- Avoid bleach and direct sunlight to preserve the natural colors and texture.
- For garments with multiple colors, embroidery, or prints, we recommend dry cleaning to maintain their beauty.
- For solid-colored garments, you can gently hand wash them at home using a mild, natural detergent in cold water.
- Always wash dark colors separately, as natural dyes may bleed a little.
- When ironing, check the fabric type:
- Organic waffle, muslin, and cotton can handle medium to high heat.
- Lightweight fabrics like mul or fine weaves should be ironed on low heat, preferably inside out.
- You may also steam the garments, but be cautious of water droplets from the steamer.
- We do not recommend machine washing, as it may affect the shape, texture, and print of our handcrafted pieces.
For any specific questions about care or fabric, we’re just a message away — we’re happy to help you keep your Oganikku pieces feeling new for longer.
